Air Knife / Air
Curtains
The air
knife pulls in large volumes of surrounding air to produce a high flow,
high velocity curtain of air for blow-off.
1. Compressed air flows through the inlet. 2. The
air is then throttled through a thin nozzle. 3. This primary airstream
adheres to the "coanda" profile. 4. The primary air stream
entrains surrounding air. 5. Total air usable is 30 times compressed air
used.

Air Amplifiers The air amplifier uses compressed air to pull in air from
behind the unit to produce large volumes of blow-off air.
Similar to the air knife above, the Air Amplifier entrains
air from behind the unit, to provide amplification ratios up to 20 times
the compressed air used. Excellent for spot blow-off.

Air Jets & Nozzles
A simple solution to
excessive air consumption and noise level on compressed air "blowoff"
operations. Using a small amount of compressed air as a power source, Air
Jets and Nozzles produce outlet flows up to 25 times compressed air
consumption. Air savings, compared to open copper tubes or pipe nipples
commonly used for blowoff can be as high as 80%. Less compressed air means
less noise – typical noise level reduction is 10 dBA. All Air Jets
